Beijing Conference Center is located at 88 Laiguangying West Road, Chaoyang District. Adjacent to Olympic Park and Capital Airport. Belonging to the Beijing Municipal Office Affairs Management Bureau, it is a second-class public welfare institution. It is a designated reception unit for meetings of the central, Beijing based party, government, and military organs, Beijing municipal party and government organs, and enterprises and institutions. It is also a window unit for the 'four services' in Beijing. The Beijing Convention Center is designed with the concept of advocating a return to nature, with a staggered and orderly layout, a serene environment, and surrounded by green trees.
